PRIVACY & PROTECTION POLICY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This Privacy and Intellectual Property Policy sets out the strict terms and obligations under which Full Time Productions (hereinafter “the Production House”) receives, manages and protects all forms of material, ideas, scripts and business data submitted by customers, creators, agencies, scientific consultants and external partners (hereinafter “the Submitter”).
1. DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
“Confidential Information” means any item, data or material transferred to Production House, digitally (through Tally’s brief forms, email to info@fulltimeproductions.com) or in print, and includes, but is not limited to:
1. Film and television scripts, summaries (treatments, synopses, loglines) and concept ideas.
2. Corporate briefs, communication strategies and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) advertising campaigns.
3. Primary material of scientific research (archaeological data, anthropological field recordings, oral testimonies, ethnolinguistic studies).
4. Financial data, project budgets and production breakdowns.
2. OBLIGATIONS AND COMMITMENTS OF PRODUCTION HOUSE
Full Time Productions recognizes the critical value of intellectual property and expressly commits to the following:
1. Absolute Confidentiality: No confidential information or material will be disclosed, published or disclosed to any third party natural or legal person without the prior written consent of the Submitter.
2. Restriction of Access: Access to the submitted material is granted exclusively to the necessary members of the internal production team and the designated scientific advisors of the Hub, who are similarly bound by corresponding confidentiality clauses.
3. Exclusivity: The submitted material will be used exclusively for the purpose of evaluation, costing (b2bbudgeting) and exploring possible cooperation.
“All scripts, treatments, corporate briefs and research data submitted to Full Time Productions are considered strictly confidential. They shall be fully protected and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement.’
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Submission of any material or idea for evaluation does not transfer to Production House any ownership rights therein. The copyright, copyright and patents on the scripts, concepts and research remain wholly and inalienably with the Submitter.
4. EXCEPTIONS TO CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
1. They were or were legally known to the Production House before their submission.
2. Are or are made publicly available in a lawful manner, through no fault of the Production House.
3.They must be disclosed by law, court order or order of a government authority (e.g. for the needs of certification of a Cash Rebate file by government bodies).
5. RESPONSE TIME AND MANAGEMENT
The Briefing Desk evaluates the structured briefs and contacts the Submitter within 2 days. In the event that the cooperation is not chosen, Production House undertakes to securely delete any digital file or material sent to it, if requested in writing by the Submitter.
